HR Like Functionality

Hi Everyone, We've had a suggestion come in to our feedback email address and I'd like to get everyone participating. What has been suggested is an HR, Employee Record keeping functionality within the Setup > Company Setup section. This HR enhancement would allow you to enter in all employee's Users or not, and manage information such as pay rate, hire date, vacation information, sick days, and more. What does everyone think? If you would like to see this in a future version as well and may want to see this idea expanded on, let us know. Thanks to the team who recommended this! Drew |

I think this type of feature would be great. I'd also like to see the ability to set different charge rates for the same user, depending on the role. We are a small team who typically take on different roles within a project and we bill the client based on the role, not the user. For example, I head up the development team so my time in the role as project manager would be charged at a higher rate than if I was just doing some nuts and bolts coding. Thanks Tony |

I still like the HR tab feature. I would also like you to consider a Sub-Contractor tab. As it stands now, we have set-up an 'Account', chose 'Vendor' to identify our Subs, and created a tag to run future reports to identify our Subs from our customer base. Thanks. |
