Importing - not all fields available

We are hoping to import a good-sized database of Accounts, and have noticed that not all the import fields in Accounts are available.

'Description' and 'Type' are missing-- not sure if that's all or not.

Hi Ben,

The Type field was just located at the bottom of the field selection list during the import process.

We've now moved it up under Account Name and have also added Description in there for you too.

Thanks.

Now the problem with importing is that "Price Book" is marked with a red-outline (saying it needs a value), but the area where I can pick a Default Value / Override is grayed out.  Thus the Next button is also grayed out.

The other day I was able to pick our default price book and override...

Hi Ben,

All you will need to do is insert a Price Book column in your spreadsheet (all values can be blank) and then do the import and use the Override option.
