Attaching calls to Projects

We are using 'Log a Call' and attempting to have the call appear on the Project, one of 2 things are still happening.

When we open the 'Details for Project' page, go to 'Log a Call', then 'Relate To' 'Project', fields automatically populate showing the name of the Project and 'Call to', 'Call using' and the phone number. The problem is that the 'Call to' is not the 'Contact' person for this account and we cannot override the name populated. When we hit 'Completed', the call will attach to the Project, but showing inaccurate info - wrong Contact person.

However, if we go to 'Contacts', open 'Details for Contact', choose 'Log a Call', and 'Relate To' 'Project', we find that 'Call to' and 'Call using' are not set up. We have also found that the call does not post to the 'Activities' page for the Contact once the 'Completed' tab is clicked.

Hi Debbie,

We are working on this now.

For now you can use the "Log a Call" in any area other than the "details" page.
