Cannot delete tasks from Inbox

Thomas has several tasks that he has set up for himself and is now attempting to 'Mark as Read'. Each time that he attempts this, an error message appears that states, "There must be at least one recipient". This popup window also shows 'From admin@...' and 'To Thomas'. Please note, Thomas has write privileges as an Administrator.

Also, there is html source code in the text box. An example of this is a task notification message today @ 9:11 AM, which states in the subject line "Change Don's last name".

Please advise. Thanks.

Hey Drew,

As stated before, the problem is corrected. However, I just wanted to let you know that in my Inbox, I have 'Task Accepted' messages that can only be deleted once the message is 'Mark as Read'. In other words, you have to open up the message rather than choosing to click the delete icon.

Should this work this way?
