Hello Drew,

The dropdown menu for both Thomas & Heidi only includes entries for 'Name', 'Description', and 'Parent' rather than the full menu options (headers in bold & options to follow) that others are seeing. I've read through the Help sections and setup options, but I cannot figure out how to correct this for these Users.

Please advise.

Do you see this in all sections for "Define Search Criteria" or only in specific sections?

And is it when creating a view or when you use the search feature?
