failing searches

I was doing some searches, and searched for Accounts with "Price Book equals Current Price Book" (our only price book), and only 3 results were found. Viewing the Accounts, it looks like all of them have "Current Price Book" set... But the search result thinks differently.

Manually going to a few Account's details and simply clicking Save, would then allow that account to come up in the search.

Now I wondering how many other values are not really saved in the database, but are showing up when viewing details?

Hi Ben,

This is because it seems that there was another price book setup at one time, which has been deleted.  Therefore when you view the details of an Account, you will only see it have the one current price book.

What I would suggest is to export all of your accounts, update the price book column and then import the new file.
