When viewing a 'Call' task, a User clicked the Action tab and attempted to update the task by using Make & Log a Call, but the tab is inoperable. Then, she tried Log a Previous Call and learned that this tab is not working either. Please advise.

When the user selects "Make and Log a Call" or "Log a Previous call", do they not see the overlay windows that open?

The "Make and Log a Call" overlay screen will have a "continue" button to proceed with a selected radio option and the "Log a Previous call" overlay screen will bring up details to log notes, time, etc. for that call.
