Including 'Hourly' as an option in 'Log a Call'

We have administrative people who will never relate time to a Lead, Account, Contact, etc...Can 'Hourly' be included in the menu dropdown options beside 'Relate To'? Thanks. |

Hi Debbie, When you log a call, you don't have to select a Related To option, and then when you add time under the Add Time portion of the Log a Call screen, the time will be added to the user's time sheet under the Misc. category. You can also add time separately through the time sheet section accessed from the home page and not relate it to a specific item. Drew |
