Golden Tip #1
If you find you are doing a lot of reptitive work in BlueCamroo, it might be time to use Workflow Automation and create a few workflow rules to relieve yourself of these daunting tasks.
Within the BlueCamroo Setup, scroll down to the Automation section and select Workflow Rules. Here you can create a rule for any section within the system so that tasks can be created automatically, emails can be sent automatically, and even the status of a record can be changed automatically.
