Can BlueCamroo be installed on our servers?

BlueCamroo is a hosted SaaS (Software as a Service) application that allows your team members to access their information from anywhere at any time and therefore cannot be installed on your servers.

So, wherever they connect to the web, your team will have access to their data and BlueCamroo will continue to capture leads, assign tasks, send out emails, and apply automated workflow rules.

Is using BlueCamroo online reliable and secure?

When you connect to your BlueCamroo environment, you can be assured that your sessions and data; sent, stored and received, are safe at all times.

Each session is encrypted via SSL 3.0/TLS 1.0 and uses security certificates from Verisign to ensure that all of our users have a secure connection just as what you would receive from using Online Banking.

How often is our data backed up?

Every user of the BlueCamroo system can be assured that the sensitive and valuable information that they store is always backed up daily.

Do we get free upgrades?

All users of BlueCamroo receive automatic free upgrades as we release additional features and enhancements to the core system.

Additionally, BlueCamroo may from time-to-time release optional “Add-on” modules or services (such as bulk Email Marketing) that might attract additional charges.

Can I customize BlueCamroo?

BlueCamroo is highly configurable and flexible, with options to customize both the appearance and operation of the system.  Customization options include: User Interface Themes; upload Company Logo and Favicon; Create additional fields; customize drop-lists of field options; define your own email templates, invoice templates and reminders, report formats and dashboards, etc; build your own Web-to-Lead forms; define re-usable Project Templates; and automate your businesses processes with flexible and powerful Workflow Rules.

Does BlueCamroo work with Twitter?

BlueCamroo integrates Twitter and LinkedIn updates to your core CRM data, and we'll be introducing more Social Network integrations over the coming months.  Additionally, BlueCamroo Social CRM uses an innovative two-part search approach to cut through the noise and stream relevant updates into three channels that enable you to: Search for Sales Opportunities; Listen to the Network Buzz; and Support your Clients.

What are the Software and Hardware requirements?

BlueCamroo can be used on a Mac or PC on all modern and mainstream browsers and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.

Do I have to pay extra to use CRM, Social CRM and Project Management?

Absolutely not! BlueCamroo includes CRM, Social CRM and Project Management functionality (and much more!) as part of the monthly subscription fee of the plan of your choosing.

Are there any termination fees if I choose to cancel?

No, no no! BlueCamroo does not believe in any hidden fees. If you choose to leave, just cancel your subscription and no further payments will be due!

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, log in to your BlueCamroo Workspace, select the 'Stats' tab in the right-hand-side panel, and click 'Manage your Account'.

Do you offer support?

BlueCamroo provides comprehensive documentation, online help and how-to videos, backed-up by free Email support to all of our users.  We endeavor to respond to support requests within 4 working hours (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Mondays thru Fridays excl. statutory Canadian public holidays).
