Is BlueCamroo reliable and secure?

When you connect to your BlueCamroo environment, you can be assured that your sessions and data; sent, stored and received, are safe at all times.

Each session is encrypted via SSL 3.0/TLS 1.0 and uses security certificates from Verisign to ensure that all of our users have a secure connection just as what you would receive from using Online Banking.

Do we get free upgrades?

All users of BlueCamroo receive automatic free upgrades as we release additional features and enhancement.

BlueCamroo will also release “Add-on” modules (such as Email Marketing) that can easily be added at an additional cost.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, visit BlueCamroo.com and use the “Log in” button in the site’s menu, choose to “View Your BlueCamroo Plan” and then “Cancel Subscription”.

As a trialist, if you cancel your subscription before your 31 days, you will not be charged for using BlueCamroo. For paying customers, if you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for another month of service.

Is it possible to export all of our data if we choose?

Each main section in BlueCamroo allows you to export your information to an Excel .XLS file. The Export feature is also permission controlled so you can decide who has access to it and who does not.

Can BlueCamroo be installed on our servers?

BlueCamroo is a hosted or cloud-based application which allows your team members to access their information from anywhere at anytime and therefore cannot be installed on your servers.

So, even if your company servers go down, your team will still have access to their data and BlueCamroo can still capture leads, assign tasks, send out emails, and apply automated workflow rules, even though your internal office may be down.

Is there the option to customize BlueCamroo?

BlueCamroo itself is very customizable from your Setup area to allow you to add fields, customize invoices, personalize and create status and stage names and more. However, customizing the system to provide additional functionality is not offered. Having said that, many of the features introduced into BlueCamroo have been a result of user feedback and suggestions, so feel free to speak your mind!

Are there any termination fees if I choose to cancel?

No, no no! BlueCamroo does not believe in any hidden fees. If you choose to leave, just cancel your subscription before your trial ends or in the case of paying users, before the end of your next billing cycle, and you will not be charged a cent!

Do you offer support?

BlueCamroo offers free Email support to all of our users and can ensure that you will receive an answer within a few hours from a fully qualified support professional.

How often is our data backed up?

Every user of the BlueCamroo system can be assured that the sensitive and valuable information that they store is always backed up daily.

What are the Software and Hardware requirements?

BlueCamroo can be used on a Mac or PC on all modern and mainstream browsers and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.

Do I have to pay extra to use CRM and Project Management?

Absolutely not! BlueCamroo includes CRM and Project Management functionality as part of the monthly subscription fee of the plan of your choosing.
