What's a Lead?

A Lead in BlueCamroo is a company or individual who expresses some interest in possibly doing business with your company.

Leads can be entered manually into the system or via forms from your website. When you have added leads, you can move them through your prospecting processes and convert them into sales prospects to pursue opportunities.

What's an Account?

Accounts are companies you're currently doing business with or qualified leads you're heavily involved pitching to. An account object lets you track activities, projects, and future opportunities.

What's a Contact?

Contacts are people associated with accounts. Contacts are people who can sign off on deals, approve project delivery, receive invoices, etc. Contract objects can be attached to leads or accounts.

What's an Opportunity?

Opportunities are objects associated with accounts that track possible sales and activities associated with closing an opportunity. Opportunity objects can be converted into Project objects.

What's a Project?

Projects are objects associated with accounts. Projects represent the services and products your company will deliver to the client (account). Projects track stages, tasks, invoices, contacts, team members, and other project-related details.

What's a Case?

Cases are problems or issues. You can associate them with any of your objects (a project, a contact, etc.). You can uses cases to track "support ticket" type issues.

What's Disk Space?

Disk Space is the available space that you have within BlueCamroo to store all of your documents and other file attachments. If you run out of space, there is always an option to increase your disk storage.

What's Bandwidth?

Bandwidth is the total size of your transfer rate on a monthly basis for files that you transfer to and from BlueCamroo.

Workflow Rules

BlueCamroo allows you to setup automated events within the system so that you don't have to do anything. This mode of complete automation allows you to create triggered reactions to a variety of action taken within the system - sort of like automatically scheduling a task to review a project once a sale has been closed.

Time Tracking

Time tracking allows each individual internal user in BlueCamroo to save the time that they have spent on tasks to their time sheet. Task times can even be incremented on separate days and then totaled for a user or a manager to view at the end of the week.

Invoicing

Every project within your BlueCamroo has the option to send out invoices to your customers. Invoices can even be automatically generated at different stages within a project and invoice reminders can be scheduled when payments are overdue.

What are Payments?

In BlueCamroo, your customers can pay you directly through a separate Client Intranet portion. All your customers have to do is view a list of outstanding invoices and select which ones they are going to pay. BlueCamroo will then show an invoice status as paid or amount remaining and can even hook in with Quickbooks to automate your accounting.

Enhanced Security

Each session, for every BlueCamroo user is encrypted via SSL 3.0/TLS 1.0 and uses security certificates from Verisign to ensure that all of our users have a secure connection just as what you would receive from using Online Banking.

BlueCamroo Users

A BlueCamroo user is a user that is internal to your company. They will have access to the areas within the system and will help you get your work done.
