On occasion, we may gather information about your computer for our services and to provide statistical information regarding the use of our website.

Such information will not identify you personally it is statistical data about our visitors and their use of our site. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.

Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer automatically. This cookie file is stored on the hard drive of your computer as cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our website and the service that we provide to you.

BlueCamroo requires cookies to function. If you disable cookies in your browser or computer then BlueCamroo will not function.

The information that we collect and store relating to you is only used to enable us to provide our services to you.  In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide you with information requested from us, relating to our products or services.   
  2. To provide information on other products which we feel may be of interest to you, where you have consented to receive such information.
  3. To meet our contractual commitments to you.
  4. To notify you about any changes to our website and service, such as improvements or service/product changes, that may affect the services we offer.

We may contact you with information about goods and services related to your use of BlueCamroo, however we may use aggregate statistical information about our users and site visitors to improve our service and/or our website.

Please be advised that we do not reveal any personal information about identifiable individuals to other organizations, however we may provide aggregate statistical information about our users and site visitors.

Storing Your Personal Data

To make the system as secure as possible we encrypt each session at the browser level with a 128-bit encryption. BlueCamroo also offers a highly granular permission algorithm to protect access to personal data. This allows the admin to determine how much access to data each user or group will get. BlueCamroo users’ responsibility is to protect their access to their BlueCamroo workspaces. BlueCamroo is not liable for any data breach if a third party gains access to personal data via a lost password, virus, malware on an affected access point device or any other user-prompted error made outside of our control.

General Data Processing Regulations (GDPR) Provision

This policy extends to our clients. However, if your organization is using BlueCamroo to store and/or process the Personal Information of your clients then it is your organization’s responsibility to update their own privacy protocols.

GDPR Information

In order to keep in compliance with the EU’s GDPR we will be sharing with you some information on how we store and process your data:

  • Who is the data controller?
    • The data controller is BlueCamroo Inc. for information stored about BlueCamroo Users. Each workspace has the ability to collect and store information and each company that uses BlueCamroo and is subject to  the GDPR has to assign their own Data Controller.
  • How can users contact our data controller?
    • Users can contact us via Support@BlueCamroo.com. Non-users that have questions about our GDPR policies can email us at Info@BlueCamroo.com.
  • Does BlueCamroo use personal information to make automated decisions?
    • We send out emails to alert users of updates to BlueCamroo; users have the option of opting out of these emails. We use user’s name and email to identify support tickets and open a Case in our BlueCamroo workspace when we receive an email to our Support email address.
  • Is providing personal information mandatory?
    • We only collect the information needed so that BlueCamroo can run effectively. The business contact info, and the contact info for the users. We also run a survey before a demo to find out what features of BlueCamroo they are interested in.
  • Do you transfer personal information internationally? If so, why?
    • We do not transfer any information. All of the data we collect is stored on the Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Disclosing Your Information

We will internally share your personal information to necessary members of BlueCamroo. This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any).

We may also disclose your personal information to third parties:

  1. Where we are legally required to disclose your information.
  2. To assist fraud protection and minimize credit risk.
  3. Upon when we present you an opportunity and you explicitly consent to having your details shared.

Third Party Links

You mind find links to third party websites on our website. These websites should have their own privacy policies which you should check. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them. 

Google Integration

Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the BlueCamroo access to the following types of your Google data, the App's use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

  • The App will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • The App will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
  • The App will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
