All about Record Management
How can I transfer ownership of a record (for example, a lead)?

The selected user must have access to that type of record (for example, leads or contacts). Once assigned, they become the new owner of the record.

Can I share access to a record with other team members?

Yes. You can share a record with other users without transferring ownership.

This allows team members to view or work on the record based on the access permissions you assign. You can also control how long the access is active.

Can I control who can see or edit different types of records?

Yes. BlueCamroo allows you to control access at a detailed level, so each user can see and manage only the information relevant to their work.

Permissions can be adjusted to match how your team operates, without forcing you into rigid roles or structures.

A Start-to-Start dependency means one task must begin before another can start.

These relationships help you coordinate work and maintain the correct sequence of tasks.

What is lag time in task dependencies?
