The fastest way to resolve any support issue is to open a Support Ticket. This will alert our Support Team to your issue and will ensure you get the quickest response available.
You can open a Support ticket by emailing Support@BlueCamroo.com, this will create a ticket with our Support Team and you will also receive a confirmation email with the Case Number.
You can also create one inside your workspace.
Navigate to the Support section from your Personal Menu (by clicking on your name in the top-right corner).

This will open a popup window where you can enter the details of any issue you are having.

Add any relevant attachments and click Send.
This will create a ticket with our Support Team, who will respond via email. You will also receive a confirmation email with the Case Number.
We also offer Live Chat support within your Bluecamroo Workspace.
Navigate to the Chat Support section from your Personal Menu (by clicking on your name in the top-right corner).

Chat Support is available during your first 14 days.
Note: Chats must be initiated from within workspace.
