
What are contacts?
Contacts are the people who you wish to keep details on. These could be the people within companies that you are dealing with or personal friends and associates.
BlueCamroo contacts need to be associated with an Account that has been entered into the system. An account can be a company that you will be doing business with or are doing business with or you can even create an account called “Personal” where you can store all of your personal contacts.
Can I have more than one contact for an account?
Yes, BlueCamroo allows you to have as many contacts per account as you like, but the total number of contacts you have in the system is limited to the Plan type you have selected.
What is a primary contact?
A primary contact in BlueCamroo is the individual who will most likely be the first point of contact when dealing with the account.
How can I set up personal contacts?
You can create personal contacts by establish an Account that will hold your contacts, which makes managing your contact lists easier.
All you will need to do is give the account a creative name that you will recognize as just being related to storing your personal contacts, something like “Personal Contacts”.
