Is Your Marketing Message Consistent?

Okay, so this is going to be up for an award for brevity for one of my posts. But sometimes, being brief is the best way to spark an entire dialogue.

So, is your marketing message consistent? This is an important question to ask yourself, especially in times when consumers are faced with thousands of different messages every day. Because of Social Media, I am know longer faced with the few messages that I would see on TV, see in the newspaper, or as an advertisement on a website. Now, every time I am logged in to a Social Network, like Twitter, I am thrown into a world where new messages arrive by the second. And the longer I spend on these websites, the more messages I am exposed to.

As a marketer, if I were trying to deliver messages that were all over the place, about 99.9% of my message will fly by my target customers and go unnoticed. If however, I am consistent and continue to deliver the same message, day in and day out, hour by hour, my chances of my message be deciphered and recognized increase dramatically.

Imagine if I were to tell you the features of BlueCamroo in one post, then the benefits in another post, then the cost savings in another. You wouldn't know which one to believe. But if I consistently told you that BlueCamroo will help your business make a difference and make an impact in every marketing message that I sent out, I think you would start to take notice, and then start to investigate.

Be clear, be consistent, be rewarded.
